mama and daddy bought libby a push-toy. it's her around the block wagon, and it's great! libby loves to push it around, and enjoys opening the doors on top to take out and put away her blocks. here she says, "look out mama, here i come!!"

 

I'm such a good pusher!! and all the practice has improved my walking skills for sure.

great-grandma mary sent me a dog for valentine's day, and i love dogs! he's no exception, i love to roll around on his softness and give him kisses on his head and big red nose!

Hi everybody! See how Libby is growing? She is in the big-girl bathtub now (her ability to splash rivals a low grade hurricane) and clearly enjoys the change, even on her first night. She also knows how to flick her lips to make the "bub-bub-bub" sound. (try it and you'll know what i mean)

this is the one picture we got of libby with her best friend josie. neither is looking at the camera, but josie looks at libby and who knows what libby is looking at. she's probably planning her escape.

 

what a great picture of josie and jaime! this was right after josie said, "mama, just tell me when it's time and i'll smile for the camera."
(libby and her mama were cropped from this picture because libby was whining and mama looked like a deer in the headlights. but it's such a good one of j & j!)

 

one evening mama felt brave and let libby practice using her spoon to feed herself. the result was messy, but libby filled her tummy. practice makes perfect! (this picture is not for adam to see, as he is really disgusted by messy eaters).
