This is a blog about an everyday family striving to live their everyday lives in a manner worthy of the gospel to which we are called. We are so blessed, just take a look and you will see!
As mama slaves away at work, daddy and Libby hike up to Humpback Rock to enjoy spectacular Virginia from a different vantage point.
A friendly hiker snaps a picture of daddy and Libby at the summit.
The sun sets.
Libby's good side.
Time to head back down the road.

friday afternoon daddy took a portion of the bar exam, and afterward we took some pictures and made some memories at the school of law
what a beatiful scene
mama manages to get libby's attention
mom tries to get libby's attention - but she's got her eyes on the prize (mom's purse)
that's pretty much the exact same expression on both of their faces

"Don't eat the leaves" hasn't really sunk in yet.
From an ant's perspective.
I'm outta here daddy.
Daddy gets a smile out of Libby as we relax in the pavillion.
To mama's left, we were most fortunate to have our close friend Cary working to keep Libby happy despite her end-of-the-photo-shoot fussiness. Cary jumped and danced and sang Libby's name and the result is a smiling daddy and an interested Libby.
The 3 of us pose together - thanks to our lovely assistant/photographer: Cary.
It's fall in Cville and we head outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and changing leaves (giving daddy an opportunity to study without a busybody making too much noise in the background).
We love the poncho Lois Z made Libby! Not only is it sooo cute, but it keeps Libby warm on cool fall evenings, and it tastes yummy!
She's going to make a sweet old lady someday, isn't she?
Libby gets on her tip-toes to see over the fence. She spends about half her standing time on her toes, trying to be as big as she can.
